Staying home for 3 days in a row gets kinda tiring haha. But it was needed. Much needed. Can't wait to get out tomorrow, have dim sum breakfast with the girls and then head on to do some wholesale shopping :) It will be my first time there, so should be fun :)

Meanwhile, my 3 days home was filled with bead-making and house-refurbishing. Here's a look at my newly refurbished library.

I made it up to look like Avillion in PD. The once refugee room which used to have only a queen-sized mattressnn for guests now has a bed and looks like this :


I put a divan to act as a cozy little corner for reading whenever we don't have guests and a guest bedroom when we do :)


The new cupboard beside the bed/divan. At last our guest will have somewhere to store their clothes and bags :)

It's also used to store our many games :







Space for guest pillow, guest clothes, hangars. I love the boxes above. Gives it a cosy Ikea feel :)

So, if anyone needs a guest room, lemme know :) Will be our pleasure to host you whenever needed, now that we've done this room up better :)

Let's continue panning around the guest room aka library to get a look at how else it and been refurbished. This is the same book shelf, with a cozy yellow couch in the corner for reading books.

Craft space! Used for craft moments, wrapping presents, writing letters. My container of wrapping papers right beside it. Can you see it? And I have a little corner on the right side of that table for books I'm currently reading.

Right beside the craft space are all the craft supplies, tuck nicely and neatly at one corner :






Beads, buttons, findings, tools, pliers, cutters, felt cloth, wires, sewing machine, craft books, notepads, postcards, cloth. All there :)



Happy :) Really nice feeling when everything's organized! Stephen will be nicely surprised this weekend hehe.

My favorite color purple this time! Forgive the blur shots. Had to use my iPad to take those bracelet shots this time.

And my flower acrylic charms and alphabet beads arrived today!!



Yay! 6 different colors to represent my 6 YP girls. Guess who belongs to which color? ;) BUT I've modified the patterns and charms chosen la. The above was my initial idea but I had to improvise-on-the-go to make it look better.

So there you have it. What I did with my 3 days home :p Can't wait to get out tomorrow, see the sun, feel the breeze and do some worth-it wholesale shopping! :)
